 This site is designed to help the exchange of information for all our members. The Signature User Group is a non-profit organization established for user networking.  Any user of the Fiserv Signature core system is eligible for membership upon payment of annual dues. Benefits to users include:

  • Product and peer topic conference calls to review the core system and auxiliary products and request enhancements.

  • Participation in an annual User Group Conference. The conference features leading industry speakers and informative sessions focused on strategic, technical and product tracks.

Purpose and Objectives

Purpose

The purpose of the Signature User Group is to provide a channel and process to facilitate communication between Fiserv and User Group communities to share ideas and best practices.

Objectives

  1. Continue open communication with Fiserv and the User Group community:
    1. Provide input and direction to Fiserv’s strategic initiatives
    2. Actively participate in development and adoption of products
    3. Manage effective BID/enhancement process and communicate accomplishments
    4. Serve as escalation point from User Group on significant issues
    5. Establish regularly scheduled communication
    6. Maintain User Group structure with Fiserv Signature and Fiserv solution sets
  2. Sharing ideas and best practices through:
    1. Annual User Conference
    2. Product conference calls
    3. BID/Enhancement Process
    4. Client Participation Panels
    5. Website
    6. Network and Contact Information
    7. Peer Topics
    8. Alpha/Beta Process

Volunteers Needed

The success of the User Group is dependent on it volunteers and members.  Now is the time to volunteer and help make a difference!  We have openings on the following committees!

2024 - 2025 Executive Committee Goals

Every year the Executive Committee establishes goals.  The following are this year's goals: 

Overall
  • Establish a methodology to determine a baseline for user engagement satisfaction
  • Host at least 1 session with Fiserv account relationship team members to encourage engagement with their clients and promotion of the user community
 Domestic
  • Develop and implement the following for the BID process:
    • a (monthly or quarterly) BID dashboard sent to all e-list subscribers
    • email communication to the BID submitter when their submitted BID goes into production
International
  • Enhance the international pages on the User Group website
    • Increase e-list signup by 60% by September 2024 
    • Begin use of e-list as primary source of communication by November 2024
    • Begin adoption of BID process suitable to International
